Day01: Arrival in Kathmandu:
Representative of ‘Adventure Himalayan Travels’ will pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu and take you to our Hotel where you will be shortly notified about your daily itinerary. Dinner will be served in the late evening.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu:
Second day covers the full day excursion of the cultural heritages existing in Kathmandu. The tour encompasses the Monkey Temple also known as Swayambhunath which also serves as the vantage point that allows the miraculous view of entire Kathmandu Valley; The Boudhanath Stupa, Kasthamandap- a temple built from the single tree and Basantapur Durbar Square which used to be the former residence of Kings of Kathmandu City.
Day03: Drive to Dakshinkali:
Early in the morning, we will leave Kathmandu and drive through Kirtipur to the famous Dakshinkali Temple where hundreds of goats and chickens are sacrificed each day to please the ferocious Kali Goddess. En route, we will stop by Taudaha- a large Lake.
Day04: Explore the Outskirts:
After having breakfast, we will move forth to Villages located outskirts of Kathmandu during which we will pass through Pyang Gaon of Chapagaon and walk up to Bajrabarahi Temple. We will continue our journey through the temple to Patan Durbar Square and observe the Shikhar modeled stone temple dedicated to Krishna.
Day05: Drive to Nagarkot and Hike to Sankhu Village:
The 5th day on Nepal Holidays Tour commences by driving to Nagarkot for having sunrise as well as panoramic views of Majestic Mountains. A short trek of about 3hrs is taken to arrive to Sankhu Village which is popular for being associated with Swasthani- the Holy Scripture of Hindus. From Sankhu, we will drive back to our hotel.
Day06: Drive to Dhulikhel Trek to Panauti:
A drive of about 2 hours will take us to Dhulikhel- an ancient Newar Town. After having lunch in a hotel at Dhulikhel, we will trek towards Panauti Village which takes about 3hours to conclude. Later we will drive back to Dhulikhel and stay in a hotel for the night.
Day07: Drive to Kathmandu:
Taking a drive through Araniko Highway, we will stop by Bhaktapur City and visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square along with 55- Windowed Palace, Golden Door, Art Gallery, Nyatapol Temple and Museum and then drive back to the hotel in Kathmandu.
Our representative will assist you in last moment preparation and will drive you back to Airport from where you will return to your beloved ones. We hope to see you again.
