Annaprna Base Camp

Annapurna Base Camp lies in the Western foothills of Himalayas. Annapurna Base Camp is one of the most glorious treks listed in the world. The appropriate time for Annapurna base Camp trek is from September to November and from March to May. If you are planning your trek apart from that season you will miss the scenic beauty over there. When you set your vacation for Annapurna Base Camp you truly feel the custom and tradition on native people. So, it will be fruitful to spend some time on the way to experience their hospitality. From the final village, the Chomrong, people can view alike twin Peaks of Macchapuchre which is precisely similar to Fishtail. Day 19: Departure 

Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu

As soon as you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu you will be transferred into hotel. You will be invited to visit the office for briefing about this visit and for trekking permit. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Kathmandu valley includes several Hindu temples including of Pashupatinath, listed by UNESCO in World Heritage Sites and the largest Buddhist stupa in Boudhanath. You can also visit the Monkey Temple Swyambhunath, built in 2000 years old and visit Patan, city of fine arts. In theevening you will be meeting with your trekking guide, checking the equipments and further discussion. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara

On the 3rd day you will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Pokhara is the lovely place where you can enjoy the hike. It is dissimilar than Kathamndu as it includes different temples, holy places like caves and lakes. This is mostly preferred by the tourist as the environment is clean and assume as a separate heaven. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 04: Trek to Tikhedhunga (1577m)

On the 4th day you will trek to Tikhedhunga (1577m) by taking a bus to Nayapul for an hour of drive. In Birethanty you will be stopped to check the permit card. The route will lead you by the side of Bhurungdi khola. Again you will travel through some small villages and finally arrive at Tikhedhunga. Overnight stay in a guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani (2750m)

From Tikhe Dhunga the trail crosses a stream on a suspension bridge near the camp site at Tikhe Dhunga then trail ascends up a steep stone staircase (which has about 3300 steps) to the large Magar village of Ulleri at 2080m. There is a camp site for a rest and water stop one hour’s walk from Ulleri. The trail crosses two gleaming streams before making a short and a final walk to Nangethanti where we stop for lunch and for some rest. Overnight stay at guesthouse.

Day 06: Trek to Tadapani (2650m)

On the sixth day you have to get up early and hike to Poon Hill. This is exactly the place from where you will see a marvelous view of sunrise and a panoramic view of the Himalayas, including Mount Dhaulagiri, Mount Annapurna and Machhepuchre, and others of that region. After the trip to Poon Hill, now it’s time to come back to Ghorepan, so that you can have a hot breakfast. When you are done with it we will continue the walk to Tadapani (2500m). Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 07: Trek to Chomrong (2170m)

On the 7th day you will trek to Chomrong (2170m) which takes 6 hours. This will b eyour another beautiful day with wonderful panorama. You will travel down through the forest of Rhododendron, excellent Mountain, terraced pastureland and charming villages. The trail ascends progressively for nearly 2 hours along the enormous views as you arrive at Chomrong. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek to Dobang

On the 8th day you will head to Doband from Chomrong. When you pass through the bridge in Chomrong Khola, the route prolong to stony trail through the area of forest until you arrive at Kurdi Ghar. The trail made up of rock path and bamboo forest lead you to the Dobang. Overnight stay in a guest house.

Day 09: Trek to Machhapuchhare Base Camp (3700m)

On the 9th day you will trek to Machhapuchhare Base Camp (3700m) by keep on following the   Himalayan hotel. On the way you will find the vast stony path from the Hinko cave. From Deurali the route passes various rivulets towards to Machhapuchhare Base Camp. Overnight stay in a tented camp.

Day 10: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m)

On the 10th day you will trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) from Machhapuchhare Base Camp. You will go after the ablation valley in the mist between the mountain and glacier. By passing above the low hills and uphill leads you to the Annapurna Base Camp which offers the stunning Mountain. Overnight stay in a tented camp.

Day 11: Trek to Bamboo

On the 11th day you will go back over the steps to come again next to the only one trail to Bamboo which takes exactly 7 hours of trekking. You will see a beautiful valley which is open out in a new direction which seems very innovative. Bamboo is a little but nice village with enjoyable tea houses. Overnight stay in a guesthouse.

Day 12: Trek to Zhinu Danda (Hotspring)

On the 12th day you will trek to Zhinu Danda (Hotspring) from Bamboo. To arrive that you have to move down to Chomrong and will prolong to Jhinu hot spring. When you reach there you can get pleasure by taking bath in the hot spring. To experience hot spring bath you have to trek exactly 6 hours. You can lighten up yourself and calm your muscles in that hot spring. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 13: Trek to Ghandruk (1940m)

The Ghandruk trail descends steeply through forests to the village of Ghandruk where you will arrive around noon. You will stay overnight there so you can have the afternoon to visit the Annapurna conservation museum. Ghandruk is the settlement of Gurung community where you will get to know the lifestyles of Gurung people. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 14: Trek to Pothana

Pothana is another trekking destination where you can engage in whole day trekking covering 7 hours of difficult hiking. You will follow smoothly rising and falling trail from Jhinu to Landruk.  You will observe the hills covered with green terraced and snowy peaks. You will carry on an edge until you arrive to Pothana. Overnight stay in a guesthouse.

Day 15: Trek to Dhampus, drive back to Pokhara

This is the exciting day that you are waiting for. On the 15th day you move down from Pothaha and meet a flat trail along the Modi Khola. Sooner or later you will make a circuit when you get to Birethanti, then you will have lunch at Birethanti. Birethanti, is the place with is very famous for fresh fish. The trek will still go on towards Nayapul and will drive to Pokhara by Taxi/Van in your convince. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 16: Drive to Chitwan National Park

After having breakfast you will drive to Chitwan from Pokhara. Arriving at Sauraha, you get to see the beautiful sunrise, sunset and sight from Rapti River. The advantages to drive Chitwan national Park is you can you can view different birds and animals along with the cultural dances performed by the Tharu community. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 17: Excursion

Chitwan National Park is the symbol of flourishing evidence of nature conservation in the South Asia. This is a perfect place for wildlife in an undisturbed area. You can engage in some adventurous activities like Elephant riding, walking in the jungle, Elephant wash and canoe trip and many more.  This will be your pleasurable trip. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 18: Back to Kathmandu

On the 18th day you will drive to return Kathmandu from Chitwan National Park taking 5 hours. Then, you will be transferred into the hotel and after having some rest you will again transferred into Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu so, that you can return our hometown.

Day 19: Departure

Following the completion of the trekking itinerary package, you will be transferred back to the International Airport in Kathmandu on the last day when you will board a flight back to your home country.
